Privacy Policy
All image conversion happens locally within your web browser. Your HEIC images are never transmitted, stored or processed on our servers. We do not collect your uploaded photos.
HEIC to WebP Converter is a static, client-side image tool. Files you drop into the converter are processed only in your browser. We do not operate a conversion API, photo database, or account system, and we do not receive, store, or transmit your HEIC or WebP files. All conversion runs locally in your browser, your photos are never sent to any remote server.
Data we do not collect
- HEIC, HEIF, or WebP image contents
- Names, emails, or login credentials
- Files uploaded to a server (this site has no upload endpoint)
Local storage
The optional light/dark theme preference may be saved in your browser with the key ahtw-theme. That value never leaves your device through this application.
Hosting
The static website may be served by Cloudflare Pages. Standard hosting logs (such as IP address and user agent) may be processed by the host according to their own policies. Those logs do not include the photos you convert, because conversion never leaves the browser.
Contact
This is a single-purpose static tool with no user accounts. If you host your own copy, you are responsible for that deployment's privacy practices.
